My idea for a utopia would be very unique. Anyone can wear and say what they want as long as it is considered appropriate. There would be no discrimination and anyone who discriminates would be kicked out with no warning. Money would not be required because everyone gets their fair share of everything no matter what. These are some basic ideas and principals that my utopia would be founded on.
